Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Associate at our Las Vegas Beauty store to deliver an exceptional client experience and support both onstage service and store operations during peak moments.

You'll help maintain a stocked, visually ready store and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible schedule and hours (0–14 per week). Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.50 per hour, with health and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.

As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora Standards: Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
