Nautica is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to promote our culture, values and fashion passion in a Lancaster, PA store. Your main goal is to share love of fashion and create an amazing shopping experience for customers.

You will engage customers, exceed sales goals, share product knowledge, and help build lasting relationships using our tools. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is required to support store needs.
