Job summary

Sephora in Johns Creek, GA is hiring a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will create a welcoming experience while keeping the store stocked and visually ready, helping clients with care and product recommendations.

Flex schedule with 0–14 hours per week, including nights, weekends and holidays. You should be reliable, quick to learn, and able to lift up to 50 pounds in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation

$18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
