Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Associate for the NJ-Mercer On One store to deliver exceptional customer service and support store operations during peak times. The role offers part-time, non-guaranteed hours, with a typical schedule of 0–14 hours per week and availability during nights, weekends, and holidays.

The compensation ranges from $19.80 to $22.90 per hour, with eligibility-based healthcare and wellbeing benefits.

As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$19.80 - $22.90/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
