Carter's, Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Hudson, MA for part-time hours. You will warmly greet customers, help them find baby and child apparel, and support omnichannel shopping.

You will handle POS transactions, restock shelves, and explain promotions and loyalty programs to shoppers. We value a friendly, solutions-focused mindset, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotions and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
