Job summary

Sephora in Hackensack is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You will help create a welcoming, visually prepared store while delivering an outstanding client experience and meeting sales goals.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays with 0-14 hours per week and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This is a fast-paced, team-driven environment that values inclusion and belonging.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$21.75 - $24.88/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
