Job summary

Sephora Greenwich is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences while supporting store operations during peak moments. You will help maintain a stocked, visually ready store and assist guests with product recommendations in a fast-paced setting.

This entry-level, part-time role requires reliability, strong communication, and a team attitude. You may work 0–14 hours weekly, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with pay between $21.75 and $24.88 per hour,

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora Standards: Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$21.75 - $24.88/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
