Carter’s in Grand Rapids seeks a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet customers, introduce baby essentials, and help families prep for school and parenting moments with warmth and knowledge.

What you’ll do:

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits

Qualities we’d love in a candidate:

You can:

• Lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Stand or walk for extended periods of time; climb up and down a ladder
• Provide availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
