Job summary

Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet customers, help them explore baby essentials, and support them through the shopping journey in a friendly, inclusive environment.

You will assist with in-store duties, process transactions, restock floors, and explain promotions and the loyalty program. Availability may include days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Welcomes customers and assists with product styles, features and benefits.
• Resolves customer issues in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Assists with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience.
• Handles point of sale/register transactions.
• Performs floor replenishment and ships as needed.
• Explains promotions and loyalty programs including credit to customers.
• Aims to minimize store loss with strong customer service and cleanliness.

• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store

What you’ll do

You can
