Sephora in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences and support store operations during peak moments. You will help maintain a welcoming, visually ready store and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

The role runs on a flexible schedule with 0–14 hours per week and requires availability during nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.50 per hour, with healthcare benefits offered where eligible.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation

$18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
