Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Associate at our Exton store to provide outstanding client experiences while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments.

You will help keep the store stocked, visually ready, and aligned with Sephora’s brand. The role requires strong client service, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through promotional setups and events.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora Standards: follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Flexible Scheduling and Reliability: be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Oct 5 to Jan 10.
