Job summary

Sephora’s Elk Grove location is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You’ll help create a welcoming, visually ready store and deliver outstanding client experiences while meeting sales goals.

Flex scheduling with 0–14 hours per week is typical, and availability during peak retail periods including nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Industry experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$20.85 - $23.98/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
