Carter’s, Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Associate to be the first face of our brand in El Paso. You will greet customers, help them select baby and kids’ apparel, and drive a positive shopping experience across in-store and omnichannel touchpoints.

In this part-time role, you’ll learn our products, participate in promotions, and handle POS transactions while maintaining store standards. We offer development opportunities and a 30% employee discount in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with product styles, features and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers and balance multiple customers in-store.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain promotions and loyalty program including credit to customers.
• Help minimize store loss with excellent service and store cleanliness.
