Job summary

Sephora MO-West County Mall in Des Peres, MO is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments.

You will help keep the store visually appealing, stock shelves, assist with promotions, and collaborate with a diverse team. Availability ranges 0–14 hours weekly, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
