Job summary

Sephora's NJ-Union Hill store in Denville, NJ is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support both store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will help create a welcoming experience, keep the store stocked and visually ready, and assist clients to drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

Available scheduling is flexible (0-14 hours per week) and requires availability during nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation: $19.80 - $22.90/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
