Job summary

Sephora Crestview Hills is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak moments, delivering an outstanding client experience. You will help keep the store stocked, maintain visuals, and assist with inventory and events in a fast-paced environment.

Flex scheduling of 0–14 hours per week, with availability during nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail or client-facing experience is preferred, and the role requires strong communication and teamwork

Key Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:

$18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
