Sephora Merrick Park in Coral Gables is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You’ll help create a welcoming, visually appealing environment while meeting sales goals and maintaining brand standards.

The role is hourly, with flexible scheduling (0–14 hours per week) and availability during nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$18.00 -$20.50/hrthe actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
