Job summary

Sephora in Collierville, TN seeks a Seasonal Associate to deliver outstanding client experiences while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak times. You will help keep the store stocked, visually ready, and welcoming for customers.

• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• Uphold Sephora Standards: Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
