Sephora IL-Michigan Ave is seeking a Seasonal Associate in Chicago, IL. You will support store operations and onstage service during peak moments, delivering an outstanding client experience while keeping the store stocked and visually ready.

This hourly, non-exempt role requires 0–14 hours weekly with availability nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidates with retail or hospitality experience and strong communication thrive in this fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation: $19.80 - $22.90/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
