Sephora in Chattanooga is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will create a welcoming environment and ensure the store is stocked and visually appealing.

You will also assist with merchandising, foster inclusivity within the team, and uphold Sephora standards in a fast-paced retail setting. Availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays, with flexible hours (~0–14 hrs/week).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.

Compensation:
$16.60 - $19.30/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
