Job summary

Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate in Charlotte to deliver exceptional client service and support store operations during peak moments. You will help maintain a stocked, visually ready store and contribute to a welcoming experience that aligns with Sephora’s Belong to Something Beautiful ethos.

The role requires flexibility in scheduling, with 0–14 hours per week and availability during nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay ranges $18.00–$20.50 per hour, dependent on location.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
