Job summary

Sephora is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will create a welcoming customer experience, keep the store visually ready, and contribute to a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities include delivering exceptional service, inventory/stock support, and assisting with visual merchandising while upholding Sephora standards and inclusivity. Availability for peak hours and holidays is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks.

Compensation:
$19.80 -
$22.90/hr
the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
