Job summary

Sephora Boulder is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver an outstanding client experience by supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You’ll help keep a stocked, visually ready store and foster a welcoming atmosphere for customers and teammates.

The role offers flexible scheduling (0–14 hours weekly), with availability during peak retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and exemplify teamwork and service.

As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to efficiently complete job tasks.
• Strong commitment to client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation:
$19.80 - $22.90/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
