Sephora in Boulder, CO is seeking a Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional client service while supporting store operations during peak periods. You will help maintain a welcoming, visually ready environment and assist with merchandising, inventory, and daily tasks.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and a commitment to the Sephora guest experience. Hourly pay ranges from $19.80 to $22.90, with flexible, non-guaranteed hours and the possibility to work 0–14 hours per week.

As a Seasonal Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You'll create a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0-14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation

$19.80 - $22.90/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
