Job summary

Sephora in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Seasonal Associate to support store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You will help create a welcoming experience while keeping shelves stocked and visually ready, contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation

$18.00 - $20.50/hr the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
