As a Seasonal Associate , you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding client experience by supporting both store operations and onstage service during peak business moments. You'll create a welcoming experience while maintaining a stocked, visually ready store. Key Responsibilities

• - Deliver Exceptional Service: Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
• - Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• - Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
• - Foster Inclusivity and Teamwork: Help promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
• - Uphold Sephora Standards: Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• - Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• - Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• - Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• - Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.

Compensation:
$19.80 -
$22.90/hr
the actual hourly pay offered depends on geographic location.
