Job summary

Sephora in Ann Arbor, MI, is seeking a Seasonal Associate to provide an outstanding client experience while supporting store operations and onstage service during peak moments. You will help maintain a stocked, visually ready store and collaborate in a fast-paced, inclusive team environment.

Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.50/hour. Flexible scheduling with 0–14 hours per week based on business needs; required availability during peak retail times including nights, weekends and holidays;

Key Responsibilities

• Support Daily Operations: Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
• Assist with Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Weekly hours may vary, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
• Must be available during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance are expected.
• Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.
