Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store on location in Florida. The role focuses on maximizing sales and profitability by maintaining Guest Services, staff development, and inventory control with a flexible schedule.

The position requires prior retail management experience, a minimum age of 18, and the ability to stand/walk 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in controlling expenses and shrinkage while ensuring store readiness for daily operations.
