Kitty Hawk Kites, a longtime Outer Banks employer, seeks a Seasonal Assistant Retail Store Manager for our Duck location. The role runs April through September 2026 and includes housing assistance. You’ll lead staff, manage schedules, and ensure a safe, clean, and high‑performing store environment.

The position emphasizes supervision, merchandising, and accurate reporting, with responsibilities spanning payroll, sales, and promotional activities to support store success.

Seasonal Assistant Manager (Outer Banks, NC)

As a leading employer on the Outer Banks for over 40 years, Kitty Hawk Kites is looking to add an experienced, energetic Seasonal Assistant Retail Store Manager to our Duck location. This position will be for April - September of 2026.

Duties include, but are not limited to;

• Operate within the KHK Inc. core values, mission, and purpose statement


• Careful selection and training of staff.
