Cherry Hill Programs is seeking a Seasonal Holiday Retail Assistant Manager at St. Charles Towne Center in Waldorf, MD. You will support the Local Manager in leading a seasonal team, managing daily photo operations, and driving guest satisfaction.

Flexible hours include evenings and weekends during the holiday season. You’ll help with hiring, training, and scheduling, while ensuring top service and a memorable Santa experience for families.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable in a cash handling/sales position.
• Ability to lead a team and make sound decisions.
• Availability for pre-season training and flexible scheduling.
• Able to work minimum 20 hours per week; evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift 10–25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Retail leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the seasonal team alongside the Local Manager and oversee daily photo operations.
• Assist with hiring, inventory, scheduling, training, and opening/closing procedures.
• Capture photos and help guests select memorable souvenirs.
• Resolve guest concerns and ensure a positive experience.
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate to IT or Local Management when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
