Job summary

Sand Valley LLC in central Wisconsin invites an Assistant Golf Professional to join The Lido operations from mid-April through mid-October. The role focuses on delivering member-focused service, tee sheet management, and daily golf operations in a fast-paced, guest-driven environment.

Ideal candidates have golf operations or hospitality experience, PGA Member or Apprentice interest, and strong organizational skills, with flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in golf operations, hospitality, or a private club preferred.
• PGA Member or Apprentice or strong interest in professional development.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support daily golf operations including member check-in and tee sheet management.
• Provide visible, professional presence for members and guests.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures for Golf Shop.
• Support tournaments, member events, instruction, and junior programming.
• Ensure adherence to Sand Valley and The Lido policies.
• Coordinate with caddies and Outside Services to maintain tee sheet activity.
• Assist with retail operations and inventory.
