Job summary

Insomniac is seeking an Artist Relations professional to support live event operations. This role reports to the Artist Relations Manager and requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with artists, touring staff, hospitality, and stage management at high-energy festivals.

You will navigate backstage environments, ensure rider compliance, and help deliver a seamless headliner experience across our dance music events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Artist Relations.
• 1+ years of management experience is preferred, including managing, developing and leading teams as well as optimizing and reorganizing teams to most effectively meet business needs.
• Intermediate technical skills in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Greet artists/crew upon arrival at the stage.
• Radio artist compound staff promptly to gather artists from dressing rooms.
• Be available and visible to the tour manager on stage as needed.
• Coordinate with hospitality to adjust riders as needed.
• Return hospitality items to the stage each night.
• Coordinate with the stage manager on on-stage credentials as the day changes.
• Ensure photographers and videographers have proper satin credentials to shoot on stage.
• Inform the artist relations manager of any on-stage personnel issues.
• Maintain a positive, helpful attitude toward artists, crew and guests on stage and backstage.
