DUS Website is seeking reliable Seasonal Expeditors/General Helpers for winter operations at a remote camp on Alaska’s North Slope. The role involves transportation, logistics, and general camp support, including safe operation of company vehicles in Arctic conditions to move employees, freight, mail, and supplies between camps.

Candidates must be safety-focused drivers, able to work 3 weeks on/3 weeks off with 12-hour shifts; housing and meals are provided while in camp.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Experience in driving, logistics, or expediting preferred.
• Experience driving in Arctic winter conditions preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Safely transport employees, freight, and supplies between North Slope locations.
• Operate vehicles in snow, ice, strong winds, and limited visibility.
• Perform vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Load/unload and secure freight and luggage for transport.
• Maintain logs for vehicle usage and travel.
• Monitor road/weather conditions and exercise sound judgment.
• Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and ready for use.
• Assist with camp duties such as food service and housekeeping as needed.
