Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Apparel Processing Outfitter for seasonal, part-time work at our Spring, Texas location. You will manage apparel shipments from receipt to stocking on the Sales Floor and Receiving, following Visual Merchandising and MPS standards.

The role emphasizes backroom organization, replenishment, pricing signage, and delivering friendly customer service. You will work with inventory systems, assist with backstock, and support a positive guest experience during the holiday

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in apparel processing and backroom merchandising preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Process apparel shipments from receipt to stocking on Sales Floor and Receiving.
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor per Visual Merchandising Standards.
• Assist with pricing maintenance and signage of merchandise.
• Operate inventory management system and maintain backroom organization.
• Provide exceptional customer service and guest experience.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
