Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor tasks promptly and efficiently as directed.
• Maintain knowledge of commodities handled and comply with policies and regulations.
• Interact with customers professionally and courteously.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading and operate necessary equipment.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs using machinery and equipment.
• Monitor load-out functions and operate scale/dump systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspect equipment for leaks or issues.
• Maintain inventory quality and ensure clean, safe work areas.
• Deliver products to customer sites and support warehouse operations.
• Report safety concerns and follow all safety policies.
