Job summary

River Valley Cooperative in DeWitt, Iowa seeks a Seasonal Operator to support member farming operations. You will operate and maintain equipment and vehicles, handle bulk and packaged chemicals, and load/unload grain from storage or transport. Daily inspections, cleanup, and strict safety compliance are required.

Outdoors in all weather, long seasonal hours may apply; experience in agriculture is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required. CDL is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in agriculture or related field preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CDL or Seasonal CDL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain all equipment and vehicles.
• Handle and deliver bulk and packaged chemicals.
• Unload and load grain from storage bins and transportation.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Clean and maintain equipment.
• Follow OSHA, DOT, state and federal safety regulations.
