A Brief Overview

The Seasonal Administrative Support Specialist is a temporary position that provides assistance to the property management team. This role involves clerical tasks, customer service, and operational duties related to preparing our residential housing units.

What You Will Do
  • Support the Community Director/Community Manager and Leasing/Resident Support Services teams.
  • Assist with social events, educational classes, physical activities, and family functions for residents.
  • Greet residents in a friendly manner and connect them with the appropriate staff.
  • Assist in inspecting model and vacant homes to ensure readiness for tours.
  • Help maintain community curb appeal and the appearance of the office, amenities, model, homes, and community.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to drive using a company vehicle, rental, or personal vehicle.
  • Valid driver's license in state upon hire.
Compensation
