Target is hiring for seasonal roles to help guests and support store operations. Seasonal Guest Advocate and related positions focus on friendly service, product presentation, and efficient guest interactions in a retail setting.

These roles require a hands-on approach, reliability, and the ability to work weekends and evenings. Training is provided to learn store systems, product knowledge, and customer care fundamentals.

The Starting Hourly Rate / Salario por Hora Inicial is $17.50 USD per hour. The Pay Range / Rango salarial is $17.50 USD - $26.25 USD per hour.
