Job summary

Target is hiring for Seasonal Inbound roles in Springfield, IL. The positions involve stocking, setting and selling Target products, and delivering a great guest experience. Roles require a welcoming attitude, ability to work with a team, and strong attention to detail.

Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays is expected. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with a range up to $24.00 per hour, plus potential temporary shift differentials for overnight/early morning hours.
