Earl Enterprises introduces its latest concept, Seaside by the Pier, a three-level restaurant offering a variety of dining options: quick service deli sandwiches on the first level, casual American fare on the second, and a rooftop bar with views of the Santa Monica Pier on the third.

Position Summary

The Bartender plays a key role in the restaurant's success by serving guests with friendliness and professionalism, ensuring an excellent dining experience, and supporting the service team.

Essential Functions
  • Collect payment for drinks.
  • Check IDs to verify legal drinking age.
  • Balance cash receipts.
  • Manage guest intoxication responsibly.
  • Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
  • Take beverage orders and serve drinks.
  • Serve wine and beer.
  • Maintain cleanliness of bar and work areas.
  • Mix cocktails and other beverages.
  • Serve snacks or food to bar guests.
  • Replenish liquor and supplies.
  • Handle unruly guests appropriately.
  • Prepare garnishes and arrange displays.
  • Oversee bar operations and staff supervision.
  • Prepare simple appetizers.
  • Verify IDs before serving.
