Job summary

TikTok Search team seeks a Search Security Strategy Project Intern to contribute to proactive public opinion monitoring, strategy design, and emergency response within a fast-paced onsite internship in San Jose.

Excellent English, Mandarin, and curiosity about global trends are essential, along with the ability to learn and apply AI tools to risk control tasks. This 3+ month, on-site internship offers practical experience in a leading tech company's risk management projects.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
• Proficiency in English, and fluency in written and spoken Mandarin is needed to manage stakeholders in China market.
• Excellent content sense and spirit of exploration; strong curiosity about global public opinion and potential risks behind content.
• Embrace changes and AI tools; quickly master cutting-edge tools such as large language models for risk control.

Responsibilities

• Public Opinion Detection & Analysis: design and optimize proactive search public opinion monitoring; track topics, conduct risk analysis, enable early intervention.
• Large Model & Strategy Implementation: maintain intervention strategies, build data training/evaluation systems for public opinion models, and enhance event risk understanding.
• Emergency Response & Disposal: lead public opinion emergency response; perform rapid interventions and post-incident analyses.
