Job summary

GPAC is seeking motivated individuals for a Search Consultant role with zero experience required. We provide comprehensive training, tools and resources, plus a fully remote setup and a commission-driven structure with earning potential of 30-75% of your production.

Join a nationwide team of 750+ consultants and build relationships with clients and candidates while helping them find ideal roles. Unlimited earning potential and strong coaching await.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High outbound activity to source clients and candidates.
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and an ethical mindset.
• Negotiation skills.
• Degree preferred but not required.
• Successful gpac training completed.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Partner with clients to fill urgent positions.
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements.
• Use recruiting tools effectively.
• Cold call, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and offers.
• Conduct reference checks on candidates.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
• Partner with clients to assist in filling urgent position(s)
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in placements
• Proficient use of recruiting tools and materials
• Cold call, qualify, screen and prep candidates and clients for interviews and assist in the negotiation of job offers
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Consistently perform high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Must be comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
• Act with integrity, confidentially, and an ethical mindset
• Effective negotiation skills

• Successful completion of gpac training and all training requirements
