Responsibilities

• Set up cones, barricades, and signage for safe work zones.
• Maintain tools, hoses, and equipment; assist with clean-up at shift end.
• Assist with crack filling, line striping, and related tasks as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE at all times.
• Work cooperatively with team and take direction from foreman.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

It's a hands-on, outdoor job that requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities -

• Prepare asphalt surfaces by cleaning, blowing, edging, and removing debris
• Assist with mixing, loading, and applying sealcoat material to driveways, parking lots, and roadways
• Use brushes, squeegees, and spray systems to apply sealcoat evenly
• Set up cones, barricades, and signage to ensure safe work zones
• Maintain tools, hoses, and equipment; assist with clean-up at the end of each shift
• Assist with crack filling, line striping, and other related tasks as needed
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE at all times
• Work cooperatively with team members and take direction from the foreman
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements -
