Brix Paving Northwest is seeking an experienced Seal Coater + Striper to join our team in Sherwood, Oregon. The role involves applying sealants to asphalt and painting parking lines, curbs, and directional symbols outdoors with specialized equipment, always following project specifications.

A valid driver’s license is required, with at least 1 year of seal coating and striping. You will work with the crew in varying weather, emphasize safety, communicate clearly, and deliver precise results.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety protocols, OSHA regulations related to concrete/asphalt work.
• Effective communication with team to understand project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Apply protective sealants to asphalt surfaces.

Sign-on bonus of $2,500 for new hires with prior seal coating and striping experience!!

Paid in multiple installments over the course of roughly six (6) months of employment in good standing.

About The Job

Brix Paving Northwest is looking for an experienced Seal Coater + Striper to join our team. The ideal will be responsible for applying protective sealants to asphalt surfaces and painting pavement markings such as parking lines, curbs, and directional symbols. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, operating specialized equipment, and ensuring clean, precise, and professional results. Attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to follow project specifications are essential for success in this position.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license (required)
• At least 1 year of experience in seal coating and striping (required)
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and practices, including knowledge of OSHA regulations related to concrete and asphalt flat-work
• Effective communication with team members, supervisors and clients to understand project requirements and coordinate tasks accordingly
• Ability to work efficiently and meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adapt to different project environments.
• Positive attitude, reliability and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
• Skilled in bollard and sign installation.
• Demolition/Construction experience is ideal.
