Responsibilities

• Smile, make eye contact, and thank customers after fulfilling requests.
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized workstation per 5S standards.
• Assist in preparation and presentation of seafood items (price, stock, display).
• Perform sanitation duties in the Seafood department per regulations.
• Ensure accuracy of customer special orders (e.g., shrimp platters).
• Operate seafood department equipment (weight scales, ovens, cleaning utensils).
• Learn to set ice displays to corporate standards.
• Conduct suggestive selling, sampling, and PA announcements to promote sales.
• Control shrink through adherence to policies.
