Job summary

Wegmans Food Markets in the United States is seeking entry-level leaders for the Seafood department who are passionate about teamwork and excellence. You will help educate customers, maintain product quality, and ensure fresh seafood while coaching teammates to meet standards.

In this role you will focus on merchandising, product knowledge, and delivering great service in a dynamic retail environment. Prior leadership experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and ability to learn quickly are valued
