Job summary

Schnucks Markets, Inc. is seeking a Seafood Clerk to deliver friendly, helpful service and maintain clean seafood displays. You’ll handle live seafood, prep products, and assist customers with selections, while following safety and sanitation procedures.

Training is provided at store level; candidates must be able to lift up to 60 pounds, work standing 4–8 hours, and maintain attendance. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area, equipment, seafood cases, backroom.
• Prepare product for cases and pull product for storage at closing.
• Handle live seafood and prepare party trays and selected seafood.
• Suggestive selling and sampling products for customers.
• Cook-fry and steam products for customers.
