Responsibilities

• Keeps seafood area stocked and appealing; greets customers and offers seafood prep information.
• Takes orders for future delivery and assists with special requests; resolves concerns promptly.
• Sets up displays, rotates product, and ensures correct pricing and signage.
• Weighs and wraps merchandise, logs freshness, and follows food safety codes.
• Maintains sanitation; follows cleaning schedules and OSHA requirements.
• Assists with inventory control and reporting shortages/overages to management.
• Assists in receiving/unloading deliveries; may bale cardboard with training.
• Cooperates with coworkers to ensure smooth department operation.
• Uses PPE and safety equipment as required.
• May work in other departments as needed.
