Job summary

JOE PATTI SEAFOOD COMPANY in Pensacola, FL is seeking a dependable team member to support back-of-house operations in a busy seafood market. This role helps keep product moving from storage to display and assists with general stock handling to ensure smooth market operations.

You will move seafood from cooler storage to sales and prep areas, assist with receiving and rotating inventory, maintain clean and safe workspaces, and follow food safety procedures.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Move seafood and related products from cooler storage to sales and prep areas as needed.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and rotating inventory to help maintain product freshness.
• Keep coolers, storage areas, and workspaces clean, orderly, and safe.
• Support team members with stocking, staging, and restocking product.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures at all times.
• Monitor product levels and communicate inventory needs to the team.
• Assist with other back-of-house tasks as assigned.
