Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to operate machinery.
• Possesses a food handling license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers within ten feet and assist with orders.
• Readily service customer orders, weigh and price items.
• Pull items to be cut and prepped for the day from the freezer.
• Wrap, price, and display seafood per company standards.
• Stock and rotate seafood to maintain freshness and quality.
• Prepare sushi if working at the sushi counter.
• Display merchandise on showcase per schematic.
• Add ice to display case and prepare poke and other seafood products from recipes.
• Perform basic cleaning of the department and sanitize tools and area.
• Maintain a clean, cold seafood section and bale boxes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Meat Manager/ Lead Seafood Clerk.
